Shark Preyed (2025) is the result of over three years of research and filming by Andrea and Marco Spinelli, two Sicilian brothers with a deep bond with the sea. Andrea (a marine biologist and researcher) and Marco (a documentary filmmaker and environmental communicator) embarked on a journey to uncover the hidden side of the shark meat trade between Italy and Spain, revealing how we often consume it unknowingly.
