NAVIS ROMANA I

‘Navis Romana’ tells the story of the discovery of a Roman shipwreck from the 3rd century AD on one of Mallorca’s most popular beaches. The extraordinary condition of the ship and its cargo (with more than 300 artefacts) makes this one of the most significant finds in Mediterranean archaeology.
And so our curiosity is piqued. Where were they going? What was their purpose? How did they sink?
